Architectural Review Board (ARB)

Any changes to the exterior of your home or property need to be submitted for approval prior to the commencement of any work. This is in accordance with the Woodside Village Covenants and Deed Restrictions.

To do this, fill out an Architectural Review Approval Form and mail it to:

Keys to a sucessfull Application

• Please fill out the application completely
• Please submit paint chips for all colors
• Please submit photograph of home
• Submit copies of architectural drawings, plans, & plot plan
• Allow 30 days for processing
