Woodside Village has a total of two hundred fifteen (215) lots all owned fee simple. Assessments for 2011 are $121.25 quarterly ($485.00/annually). Amenities include a clubhouse with two pools (one for little tots), two lighted tennis courts, boat ramp, two docks, and a playground. A key is required for access into the cabana/pool area, tennis courts, and boat ramp. |
